Oregon day 3

Today we went to the Yaquina Lighthouse in Newport. They had a tide pool that you could walk through since it was low tide. The kids loved that.

If you look really close you can see the sea lions laying on the rocks. Ryker thought it was so cool to be so close to them.

This is the view from the lighthouse. Everywhere you went it was just beautiful to look at. Oregon coast is such a fun place to be.

Yaquina Lighthouse

After we went to the lighthouse we went to the best place for lunch. It is called the Chowder Bowl. You haven't tasted clam chowder until you have gone there. I crave it all the time now. It was a fun little restaurant on a little strip of stores by the beach. After we had filled our tummies we hit the aquarium. It is just a fun little place to see different sea creatures. Ryker was in heaven.

It wasn't busy at all. We had most of the place to ourselves. The kids got to stay at the coral station as long as they wanted. Ryker wanted to stay all day but Lilly was done after a few starfish.
