I got this idea from a friend of mine. She posted why she loves to blog. So I am totally following her and posting why I love to blog. I don't know how to put the line things under the names to link you to her blog or I would. It is so funny!!
I started out this blog so Lilly's birth family could see what we are doing and being involved somehow with her. But then this blog turned into a hobby for me. My friends we talking last night at our craft night and I was trying to explain to them why everyone should have a blog. Then I was thinking that this was so something to blog about!! lol I go through my day and think...Oh I need to take a picture so I can post it on my blog. ( I really did laugh out loud that time!!) If I blog early in the day sometimes I wish I waited until later because something that just happened that was totally blog worthy!!
Blogging for me is a way to keep a journal but have it fun and creative. I can complain on here and share happy times on here. I can tell it like it is. Without me keeping a blog I wouldn't write these things down. I am not good about keeping a journal even though it is really a resolution every year and it is quickly broken!!
I have found a whole new network of friends online. I LOVE to read other people's blogs. I read them and I realize that there are really others out there that struggle and laugh and enjoy the little things just like me. They have the hard Mom days that you just want to go back to bed and sleep the day away, and days that you feel you should totally get the Mom of the year award.
I love blogging. I think that every family should have one!! (you can send my check in the mail! lol)
